Outdoor Lighting
Outdoor lighting is a bright idea. Not only does it
improve your facility's appearance, it also provides an
extra measure of safety after dark.
Whether you need to light a parking lot or provide
security at your back door, we offer a variety of types
and styles of outdoor lighting. And we make it easy to
afford.
We install and maintain the lights for a low monthly fee. The fee is added to your electric service bill for the convenience of one monthly payment. Already have your own outdoor lighting? We will contract to maintain your lights for you.
Indoor Lighting
Indoor lighting is a great place to save on energy
costs. Major advancements in fluorescent lighting
have made it possible to cover the cost of retrofitting
inefficient, incandescent lighting with the savings
incurred by the installation of highly-efficient
fluorescent lighting.
All-Electric Rates
Mississippi Power offers two different groups of
rates for business customers. The rates that apply
to you are based on the size of your business and
the amount of energy you use. Each group offers
discounts for customers with electric space heating
and water heating.
For many business customers, the all-electric option is the most efficient choice and can save you money on your monthly electric bill.
Financing
Replacing old air conditioners and water heaters or
purchasing additional equipment isn't always in the
budget. We can help through our 3rd party financing.
Several finance options are available and payments
can be added to your monthly electric service bill.

incentives for gas-to-electric equipment upgrades.

Summary Billing
Simplify your monthly electric service billing and
payment by receiving a single bill for all your
Mississippi Power accounts on the same billing cycle.
Your summary bill will contain detailed information
for each account. It's quick and easy to set up and
there's no charge
Paperless Billing
It's quick, easy, convenient and paperless. Paperless billing is
an online billing system that enables you to view
and/or pay your electric bills on the Internet.
Infrared Heating
Mississippi Power offers discounts on the
purchase of infrared heating equipment. Infrared
heating equipment is used to warm open air
spaces such as patio areas, body shops and
warehouses.
Energy Services
Our Business and Industry (B&I) Services
department has the mechanical and electrical
expertise to offer you solutions to your facility
construction and/or retrofit needs. We can help
you with indoor air quality issues, dehumidification
problems, and HVAC maintenance and
replacements.
B&I Services, along with your account manager, can also help evaluate your electrical needs in areas such as: electric distribution systems, back-up power, consolidated meters, removal of overhead facilities, and aesthetic improvements to your facility.
We know that reliable power is critical. We can help improve your power quality through solutions that protect sensitive equipment from damage due to lightning or phase loss. We also offer solutions that correct improper grounding and wiring as well as solutions that reduce voltage sags, voltage swells and nuisance tripping.
